Rugratz Artist Brax Announces New Album “Militia,” Returning to the Gritty Drill Sound That Built His Name

Rugratz artist Brax is stepping back into familiar territory with his newest album, Militia, a project he describes as one of his personal favorites. After experimenting with different sounds and evolving as an artist, Brax is returning to the aggressive, hard-hitting drill style that his supporters first connected with — while still bringing a refreshed energy, sharper flows, and new production choices.

“This album here is one of my favorites,” Brax shared. “I’m returning to the hard-hitting, gritty drill sound that everyone loves from me, combined with some new flows and beats. One of my best projects in my opinion.”

Militia represents both a comeback and a progression. While the project taps back into the raw intensity that defined Brax’s earlier music, it also shows his growth and willingness to elevate his craft. The album blends the hunger of his beginnings with the confidence of an artist who knows exactly what his audience has been waiting for.

Looking ahead, Brax made it clear that Militia is only the beginning of what’s coming next. “Next year will be no different. I’m gonna keep my foot on the gas, going up with my brothers (Rugratz). So much new music — I missed dropping music.”

With a renewed focus and his team behind him, Brax is preparing for a major run alongside Rugratz. Militia serves as a statement: the sound that made fans pay attention is back, but Brax is entering this chapter stronger, hungrier, and ready to prove there’s much more ahead.
